It takes about 1-3 business days to process your order successfully. The average delivery time is approximately 6-9 business days in the UK.

The expected delivery time has passed; where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, an order may be delayed. If you have waited an additional 3 days after the original delivery period and still have not received your order, please email info@londesse.de.

How much are the shipping costs?
When you order from Londesse, you always benefit from free shipping.

How can I pay for my order?

I am missing some items from my order, why is that?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple items from us at once, they may not all be delivered at the same time.

Don’t worry; your order is on its way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during delivery. Of course, as a customer, this is beyond your control. In such cases, please immediately contact our customer service by sending an email to info@londesse.de. It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to your email.

Do not return the item before sharing the photos with us. Unfortunately, we cannot find an appropriate solution for you without this information. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
